weapon mod kit FWE

[ARK Alpha]

so for some reason whenever i try to add the mod that ties FWE and WMK together, WeaponModKits - FWE Master Release.esp, when i start the game up, it doesnt crash, but when it gets to the last slide w/ the BoS guy in the backround the menu doesnt appear. any ideas for why that is?
