Can't get DMRA Replacer to change Colourwheel's Sexy Guards

I've got both Colourwheel's Sexy Oblivion OverHaul and Nephenee13's DMRA BBB Complete Clothing and Armor Replacer installed, and for some odd reason the female guards -- and only the Colourwheel Guards -- are staying in their Colourwheel Armor. I've tried messing with the load order, different methods of installation (Manual, Wrye, OBMM), using different mods (Colourwheel's Sexy Imperial Legion HGEC Extended) -- still in Colourwheel's armor. I have gotten naked guards a couple of times, though.

 

Any ideas on how to fix this? Here's my load order:
