Prevent level-up if I sleep

As the title suggests, I am looking for a way to prevent me from leveling when I sleep. I would prefer to stay at the level I am at now (I don't really enjoy the high-level gameplay in oblivion as much) and am concerned about any quests or other extra content that might require me to sleep. Does anyone have any ideas?

I don't know how to prevent leveling up when sleeping, but why don't you use a slow leveling mod? I personally didn't enjoy playing Oblivion at very high levels, when I was stronger than all enemies (so I was never challenged) and I had the best armor/equipment plus tons of money (which I gained from looting the body of level 30 bandits with daedric armor), so there was very little motive for me to do quests (because the reward was insignificant). The game became boring, lacking challenge and repetative. A good leveling mod should prevent that (I'm using a mod called LevelSLow by Tandem which makes you level 5 TIMES SLOWER! I couldn't find it on TesNexus though, maybe it was taken down).

It's kind of too late for that. All my skills are pretty much maxed out and I use a mod to hide the level-up icon. The difficulty is tweaked to perfection and I would like to simply enjoy the story and do quests and such. Something that prevents the level-up screen from happening at all seems like my only option at this point. It seems like it would be something fairly simple for a knowledgeable modder, which obviously I am not.
