Mods won't load with FONV

Let me get right into this

 

I downloaded "Nesus Mod manger" under the impression that this was the core modding program. Well apon downloading most of the mods I liked thus far I finally decieded to load the game. Well the only thing that loaded was the dlc via "Stream". Do you understand? What have I done wrong thus far that my mods are not loading.

 

Note 1 - When I load FONV via Nexus Mod manger it loads the game normally

 

Note 2 - When trying to load the custom game Nexus states there isn't one.

 

Now do I need FOMM as I heard this was obsolete so I have used NMM instead. I do not know was I sppose to add everything into data and if so which data. NMM or FalloutsNV Game data
