Vassikin
Yes I am aware that this problem has probably been solved a lot, but I can't fix it no matter what I do. I've tried a few things but none of them seem to work, or work but not perfectly.Things I've tried:- Getting the K-Lite Codec Pack Basic (didn't do anything).- Disabling the Fraunhofer IIS MPEG Layer-3 Codec and installing the MAD Transform Filter (didn't do anything).- Re-installing (tried three times, didn't do anything).- Editing some things in the Fallout3.ini (didn't do anything).- An un-official fix that replaced the music files with new ones (didn't do anything).- Using the Creative ALchemy fix (did fix it, but caused my game to freeze a lot).- Using AC3Filter, changing the default audio renderer to "Use Wave Out by default" (fixed it but not perfectly, still noticeable stuttering that happened a lot). I might have tried some other things but I've tried so much that I can't remember everything I've tried. Like other people mine is only on radio music. I'm not sure if it's just the pipboy radio or every radio. I'm on Windows 7 and will post the rest of my specs if anyone wants me to. I've had this problem before but don't remember how I fixed it, and I doubt it's my specs because I've played it before on the same computer with no problem.
