Collision disappears upon loading

On occasion, when I load a save, collision disappears. It can be as little as being unable to interact with whatever I've interacted with previously, to as much as walking through walls--and floors.

I'd give you my load order, but it'd be meaningless to you, as it contains only a WIP mod I'm developing.

Would anybody know what could cause this?

Are you restarting the game or just reloading? I occasionally have the same thing happen on reloads, especially if I'm altering animations. The only fix I've been sucessful with is closing Fallout and restarting from my last save. It usually clears whatever wires Fallout had crossed.
