CJD Posted July 24, 2006 Posted July 24, 2006 Can somebody make a Greek style Palace, with Guards wearing Greek Armor (preferably Spartan) with an awsome Greek set of armor and weapons that comes with the palace. :D Have a bunch of companions that follow u around: Achilles Alexander the Great Odyseuss etc. :P I will be more than willing to test it ;D

Of course, you can make them look very different by making certain parts transparent, and so forth. As for the castle .. I'm not sure what you mean by a Greek style palace. Did you want Greek architecture .. cause the same problem applies. :( Of course, you could probably build one out of static models but .. that would take a -long, long- time. You might have more luck requesting companions of Achilles, Ceasar, and so forth in a modified robe so it looks like a toga. That's about the most help I can give you, though. Sorry! :( ~b

Perhaps it'll be possible in the future. ~b
GBHis Posted August 7, 2006 Posted August 7, 2006 Why not just reskin existing objects? That's not so complicated. If you have 3dsMax, it's almost easy doing models.
WarKirby3333 Posted August 7, 2006 Posted August 7, 2006 It's definately possible to make new meshes, at least for weapons. Look for the 'advent children sword' mod as proof. 5 completely new weapon meshes. I'm pretty sure the guys making 'Reich Parkeep' also made quite a few new environment objects. I haven't seen any new armor meshes though. even though these things are possible, I understand its a lot of work. WarKirby
GBHis Posted August 9, 2006 Posted August 9, 2006 It's about doing the model, exporting it (_luck_ required) and fiddling with NifScope for ages.
CJD Posted August 9, 2006 Author Posted August 9, 2006 anybody that does this will hav my eternal gratitude. not taking an oath or anything, but i would try to help them with their probs in the future if they did. of course not saying i wouldnt now of course.
