Tamrielic Grand Line (One Piece)

So, I got this idea of making Grand Line, known from One Piece anime/manga, for Oblivion, I searched for OP and grand line, but no hits, so here I am!

 

The main idea is simple:

 

1) To create islands of different kinds, so that they form a route to the final island.

2) There would be seven starting points to choose from, and so there would be 7 different storylines, each created in its own turn.

3) The closer the player would get to the end, the more dangerous the islands would be.

4) There would be two options to do on each island: wait for your "compass" to set for different periods of time on each island or go find the hidden preset "compass".

5) The player would get companions when passing along the island. When he leaves the Grand Line, the companions will wait at a camp near Anvil.

 

So, where I need help are:

1) cluttering (I'll do the main shapes of the islands myself, but I'm bad at adding small clutter, since my pc is sorta slow...) - upto 5 people can sign up for this.

2) voice actors - only if we seem to need some.

3) testers! of course, makers wont see all the mistakes they've made, so I need testers to play the mod. 10 persons will be taken for this! So hurry up and sign yourself, if you think you have the patience, guts and will report any bug you find.
