Hello Fallout Fans,

 

I recently reinstalled Fallout 3, i used to mod it alot, until i reformatted my PC i have not modded my Fallout 3 for some time (shame :()

So i forgotten what mods are needed ect

Well, I help you!

1) You need the game patched at version 1.7;

2) You need to install Fomm;

3) You need all dlcs ( Because many mods need there!);

4)Renistall you old mods or the mods that you want;

5) Play the game!;

You may even need to install FOSE coz a lot of mods do require fose.

Yeah, definitely get FOSE. It'll make lief easier.

 

I find the best mods to start with are texture-replacing mods and little changes, like the "Sniper rifles fire in a straight line" ones. Big, game-changing mods - while they should be installed first, I know - shouldn't be touched until you've gotten back into the swing of modding, since they can be a female dog to get working.
