Bandits Leader won't die!!! -No Dialouge scene happens

Ok, so this happened to me too many times that I just really need to know what's going on.

Apparently, everytime I start off in Lothering I can't kill the Bandit Leader at the starting point of Lothering.

Even when his health is depleted he's still fighting, and all my dmg to him is 0!!!

The same exact thing happened at the traven in Lothering.

Couldn't kill the commader, and though his health is depleted he still fights:/

Btw, before any of this happened I uninstalled a couple of mods.

First was the Return to Ostagar DLC, since I had that Drain Life bug that gave me another Drain Life.

Then before the fight in the traven, I uninstalled the Sir Gilmore NPC mod.

Had a couple of mods on, but not sure they're related to what's happening here.

Plz guys, really need help here! This is my 4th time replaying back with mods and the last time I played with mods, my character couldn't even do dmg on normal attacks:/

So guys, help me!!!!

Wow... speaking as someone who runs with an overabundance of mods, that list is freaking impressive; impressive in that not only is it larger than mine but also in that your game still runs. Dump what you are not using, at the very least uncheck it (disable.) If it still doesn't work, come back, tell us what you are still using and we may stand a chance of helping. Get rid of those VFX mods if you can part with them.

Anyway, I removed some of my mods, and I'm left with this:

Compared with my previous list, this is much shorter.

Hopefully, by deleted most of the mods with cutscenes will help me with my issue.

And thanks for the link to the post! I don't get many CTDs but I'll definitely try it to see if it helps!:)

Looks like you have reduced your trouble potential down to Unlock Spec, Death Knight Spec, DAO Simple Fixes and White Teeth. That is not to say that you will have trouble but if you do, one of those will most likely be the culprit.

Found out that it was DAO Simple Fixes that was the prob. Something to do with the event manager.

Anyways, it's working fine now:)
