Better wasteland

Hey, i was thinking if someone could make a mod that makes the sun and the sand uhm... "brighter", i mean, just like in fallout 1 and 2. Raising up brightess doesn't really helps, like a desert, but not the desert sand. It's kinda hard to explain

I am not asking for a new texture, just for a texture modification. ( But if you want to make a new texture, i would apreciate )

I'm using a mod that removes the green from the sky, but it also makes the sky with a weird orange colour, and the night doesn't looks like night. Well, sorry if i'm asking too much.

Have you tried the Ultra Realistic Wasteland Lighting mod? It might not be exactly what you're looking for, but it sounds a bit like it.
