Pip-Boy off Center

I recently installed Mission Mojave so Boulder city wouldn't crash, but the pip-boy is now off from the center of my first person view. I've already deactivated, installed pip-boy mods, removed, respawned the pip-boy, played with MM as well, and shifted around the load order with no luck. I'm not sure if something in the ini was messed up.

Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!
