Mod that removes bent tin cans?

I know i had one at some point but i sure cant find it in my list of downloaded mods, had to reinstall trying to fix a problem with time going all wonky and showing up as -32083272033789263967439246932 or something like that in the pipboy.

 

does anybody know what mod removes tin cans, i have tried clutterfree and taking out the trash but it isnt either of those. I thought it also got rid of all those worthless books as well.

There was a mod called something like FO3 Performance Enhancer, by RegentEagle, but I'm not sure what happened to it. According to the History in my web browser, it was at one time located here. If I remember correctly, it removed Bent Tin Cans, Burned/Destroyed Books, some small rocks from the Wasteland, and a few other things.

Thanks i was able to find it in my downloads after you gave me a name to look for. should never download oblivion dragons age and fallout to the same directory anymore. the download file is called FO3PE if anybody else is looking for it. Thanks for your help ultskeletor.
