Amosis Posted December 17, 2014 Share Posted December 17, 2014 I've noticed on some fight encounters the game would CTD. I will provide a list of current mods I am using. I have used BOSS, LOOT, Skyrim Save Cleaner, and TESVEDIT. Before downloading, I would check the compatibility of the mods beforehand. This has happened even on a new game. A shot in the dark, it's a memory issue. I have used Skyrim Memory Patch. Valkyrie Posted December 17, 2014 Share Posted December 17, 2014 I see a lot of texture mods there. There is a limit to how many you can run. Once skyrim uses more than 3gb mem, kablooweee! If your videocard only has 2 gigs then even sooner. Anywho theres a way to check in game how much you are using. Gopher explains better than I can: Theres also a completely different problem with how memory is allocated in Skyrim. If your using the latest SKSE version I think it fixes it.
