an alyied city mod request.

@anyone: hellow, as anyone could see, i dont know how to use the cs, but right now there is a specific city/quest mod that i do request, and this mod i would love to see, would be a mod simular to a mod called "tolawayll","kvatch rebuilt", and "Sutch reborn", and the following things that I would want to see in that mod would be,

1. The city would be an ayleid ruin, make sure its between bruma and cheyhindall

2. the player(you) will be the cities count(ess), and make the count faction part of the faction list.

3. make quests that involves building the city in the alyeid ruin, recruiting city guards, and also recruiting servants for the player's(your) castle

4. the city banners, guard uniform, throne, and carpet should be a yellow snake head with a dark orange background.

5. when the player(you) becomes count, make features that includes collecting taxess, haveing a bodyguard, and also quests to pick npcs to live in the city

6. make it have voice acting

 

PS: i have been looking for a mod that involves a construction of a new city and you/i would be the count of the cities faction, if anyone dont wont it an alyeid ruin, a new city structer just like "Sutch reborn" would be a pleasure, oh and if anyone wants to make additional quests for this requested mod, feel free. from black
