Ghost Invisibility

I have absolutely no idea what i'm doing when it comes to modding, so i'll get that fact out of the way first. I'm just starting and have upgraded my system somewhat to handle the tools i'll need for some of the things that I wish to do, like Nifskope, FaceGen, DMTBmp, BSAUnpack & Contruction Set. I've "played around" with all of these to some degree, but have yet to manage what could be considered my own personal mod...Now, there is ONE question that I have about the possibility of making an item like a ring, necklace, cloak, spell, etc. that would give the character 100% Invisibility while also maintaining a ghost image i.e. you appear as a ghost, but cannot be seen otherwise. If anyone could manage a reply to this, even if it's not possible, or to what steps I should even begin to seek, I would greatly appreciate your feedback. I've seen ghost race mods and already have a mod that provides 100% invisibility with a ring (forget whose mod it is, but TY again) but combining the two would make for an interesting turn in the games stealth missions, especially thief, or assassin.
