I'm trying to use Lings Pretty Things + Project Beauty

So the instructions are easy enough to follow:

 

"This mod is compatible with Project Beauty so long as you load LingsPrettyThings.esp AFTER ProjectBeauty.esp. Seriously, we clash on about 1/2 the characters"

 

Great but here's the problem. I don't have a ProjectBeauty.esp it's ProjectBeauty.esm

Of course I DLed "ESP for Project Beauty" that's where I got the esm file at. LingsPrettyThings is a .esp Do I just rename the .esm from Project Beauty to .esp?

Just leave it as an esm. You want it to load first anyway.
