LE Convenient horses/CH Herding patch - no free horses

Although Convenient Horses and Convenient Horse Herding are excellent mods, it puzzles me why the author wouldn't make some tweaks that I think are essential. Here they are, in order of how much I would like to see them:

 

1) Followers don't get free horses.

I want to earn each one of my horses. The major downside in CH, in my opinion, is that to use all of the great follower mounting options, you have to enable this option on MCM and it will automatically give each follower a free horse, if you don't already own one for each follower. Amazing Follower Tweaks has a workaround that will let followers ride extra horses, but you need to disable CH's Followers Use Horses option, hence you don't have access to the great options CH gives you.

 

2) Stolen horses are added to the herd.

Pretty straightforward. The feature from convenient Horse Herding should also apply to stolen horses, as long as no one sees you stealing the horse. Perhaps there could be a chance of someone recognizing the horse as stolen and you could be arrested or have the animal taken from you;

 

3) Sell your horses.

It's pretty strange that each stable owner has only one horse to sell and that's it. Forever. So I think it should be possible to sell back the horses you bought or acquired by... alternative means.

 

4) Horse market with floating prices.

Stable owners would have different horses to sell at different moments in the game, and you could buy and sell horses at different prices depending on your Speechcraft skill. An option to adjust the base price would be nice too.

 

 

I hope someone could make a mod like this (or, at least, a patch with the first two options, which are the most needed changes in CH and CHH, in my opinion.)
