Problem replacing bodies

Heya folks, new to this kind of modding and I could use some help :),

 

I recently tried to get HGEC to work by manually installing it (copy-pasting the .nif files I wanted into the meshes/ directory), but the game would still load the default models.

Is this a common problem, and is there any fancy solution to it?

use the archieve invalidation invalidated http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10724 it should work after that
