Weapon condition bar does not increase past 75%

Hey guys,

 

Hopefully you could help me out with this. I have had this problem before, and i completley reinstalled steam and fallout new vegas. I have an issue regarding weapon condition. You know how normally with clothing/ apparel there is a sideways hourglass bar with two equal halves? When it comes to weapons, the bar for weapon condition inside the pipboy and the hud only goes about 75% of the way of the bar. The rest of the bar is not visible when normally it would be there grayed out. Any ideas guys?

 

Or are weapons capped to a certain amount of the condition bar?
