need help installing player home mods

I'm having difficulty installing castle mods onto oblivion i'm not quite sure whether i'm doing everything right here's what i do: i open oblivion mod manager, i click create, i then click add archive, then i select the mod from my winRAR archive and click create omod, then when i load the mod the castle is either not there or only the distant image is and when i get close the castle disappears.

 

i'm new to tesnexus and the modding world in general please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

try to install it manually maybe some files are in an incorrect structure

 

1- stract the contents of the rar to a folder (dont mather what folder)

2- read the readme if is included

3- check the structure of the contents of the rar

4- copy the files inside the data folder (bethesda/oblivion/data)

5- remember to mantain the structure of the contents

6- check the esp in the obmm

7- check if it worked

 

if that does not work please post the name of the mod becouse maybe it has a bad structure, if it has then ill write the correct structure to install
