LE Legless/Armless (peg leg or hook hand)

Just for the sack of unique immersion, I thought it would be a fantastic idea to bring legless or armless features to a popular body like calientes with equipt-able peg legs and hooks each with their own merits and flaws. for example, the peg leg would slow you down a bit, perhaps decrease sneak but give you an extra enchantment slot or an new attack animation if someone were so inclined (with blade leg). perhaps the hook could be used as a weapon or used to increase the steadiness of projectiles like the crossbow but prevent you from wielding two-handed weapons. when applied globally it would create a much more diverse world in which skyrims people were just as prone to defects or perhaps punishment for thievery. This would also require the adaptation of different clothes or armors, perhaps even a new hobbled walking and running animation as well.
