Looking for a mod that makes NPCs night fighting realistic.

Yes, I run Pure Weather mod-and One of its features is it makes night realistic-that is to say, very dark in the absence of any light source. BUT, one thing, that has long driven me up the wall, and not just solely in Skyrim, is how night NEVER affects NPC aim, or hinders them in any way. Specifically ranged. Their detect radius at night is a good as it is during the brightest day. But what really drives me me insane, is ranged attacks. Pitch black, yet NPCs can pick me off with laser-accuracy at 100s of meters with there bows, and of course, ranged magic will find you every time. Nor do they stumble around half-blindly trying to find you, unlike me, that keeps running into trees, rocks, off cliffs and so on in the pitch black. Most NPCs in skyrim have no better nightsight than a human does-exceptions would exist of course, but most creatures, humans dont see all that great at night-cept in computer games of course. Then everyone has built in IR vision and pin-point accuracy out to hundreds of meters. Even if they are a rat, or a woolly mammoth.....

Now, imo, this would be the ultimate immersion mod, in the sense it would be well, realistic. But does such a thing exist currently? Or is it even possible to code Skyrim in the way I am looking for though the CK?
