some little questions

1. are people (modders) able to create custom monsters for oblivion ? i never seen any monster with new meshes or something. everything else but no monsters

2. the Hentari mod isnt working for most/all people , can someone help ? http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34569 (crashes when entering castle where it should be in)

3. Tidus sword dont got textures o.O any ideas for help ? http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=12805

Yes, new creatures can be made, and have been made. Most use the same animations as existing creatures, but are still very unique. The only custom creatures I can think of off the top of my head is Alonso's killer whales, and some of the various monsters like spiders and elephants in Elsweyr, The Deserts of Anequina. I know there are quite a few more, but they are one of the more difficult things to make and are uncommon.

@ #3, check if the textures are included in the dl map.

then go into the CS open the mod .esp look for the sword and link the textures in your data/textures/... folder .
