Genzel Posted September 16, 2010 Share Posted September 16, 2010 Yes, new creatures can be made, and have been made. Most use the same animations as existing creatures, but are still very unique. The only custom creatures I can think of off the top of my head is Alonso's killer whales, and some of the various monsters like spiders and elephants in Elsweyr, The Deserts of Anequina.
