ParaDogs
I've got a little problem here with some of my stats and I hope one of you can help me out. Some months ago I had the "Bloodburn_Hunger_Mod" and the "Bloodburn_Reality_Mod" installed. But they turned out to be not so chilling to me, so I uninstalled them some time later. However, during one session there must have been a bug somewhere, which caused my health bar never to increase to full status again.I don't recall if that happened during the time when those mods were installed or after I uninstalled them. I don't blame the author for it, it could also have had a completely different reason. However, since I have started playing Oblivion again lately, I reinstalled the game and attached some new mods to it without those two mods mentioned above.I continued to use my old savegames and that error still remains. Also my Speed and my Personality stat is droped by one point. They appear in red, while no magic or item is influencing them.My Health is droped by approximately 20 to 40 points from normal and no healing, sleeping or eating does close that gap. Does anyone have a clue?
Malchik
I found that sometimes I had to use restore potions. Healing at the chapels did not always work. Another problem could be that the mods artificially raised these stats and you are back to 'normal' for your character. The game sometimes shows this as a fall in points as you were at one time higher. If you level up, can you not raise them until the red disappears? If all else fails and it seems to be a bug you can raise them using the console.
ParaDogs
I found that sometimes I had to use restore potions. Healing at the chapels did not always work.I'll try this method too, maybe a priest knows the answer ;) Another problem could be that the mods artificially raised these stats and you are back to 'normal' for your character. The game sometimes shows this as a fall in points as you were at one time higher. If you level up, can you not raise them until the red disappears?Maybe this is the reason for the bug. I haven't raised Speed yet but I did raise Personality one time. The value increased but remained red.If all else fails and it seems to be a bug you can raise them using the console. What would be the command for raising it? Vagrant0
I continued to use my old savegames and that error still remains.Any time you remove any mods that greatly affect gameplay, stats, or anything other than just adding items/buildings/NPCs, you would have to start over, or use a save prior to using those mods. You can't simply remove something major like that without some problems showing up.
Malchik
The value will remain red until it exceeds the maximum you were once at. Speed and personality - sounds like a vampire thing to me. Did you play as a vampire? And the cheat commands can be found on UHS or UESP websites among others.
ParaDogs
It was indeed due to an Vampire attack.Speed and Personality are back to normal again after I got healing in a chappel The health drop however remains. I guess I'll have to cary it with me till the end. But maybe it' just a graphical glitch as someone said above and my health is supposed to have the "droped" value. But it's not a big deal. I survive the fights nevertheless ;) Thanks for the help guys.
Malchik
I think you should be able to work out health. It is connected to endurance as some multiple. If the vamp thing put your endurance up then your health would have increased. If the endurance has dropped back so would health. BTW always check stats with all magical items removed. Let us say your speed is naturally 60 but you are wearing items to increase it to 70. Something then drains nine points from it. Without the magical item speed would show as 51 in red and you would know it had been drained. With the magical item it would simply show as 61 and you might not think about any draining. Remove the magical item and you would know. That may be something to look at too.
