Modding Help

Hey People,

I'm currently making a new mod, and it requires a new land (very small; only 2-3 cells big) and when I go to edit the height map, I make the basic shape of the island, then generate it. When I go to open it up in the scroll down thing (the one that has interiors/tamriel/test/etc.) and open it up. There is land all around where the island is.... (any hel with this??)
