mattyspurs76
After many many months of trial and error, load and reload, multiple reinstalls ive finally got Dragon Age up and running with the mods that i want to use.Problem is in lothering..... Im stuck in the chapel and when i leave my game crashes. Ive rolled back my saves and tried and tried again but im still stuck!!! It must be a mod thats doing this so how do i find out which one? This is what i plan to do, would it work? Load up draon age then goto the downloads and untick eveything except the DLC's then forceload my game and try and exit the chapel. If it works reload my game, go to the download screen and tick each mod (to install) and forceload my game until i 'possibly find' the mod thats causing the problem. RustyBlade
It is entirely possible that your conflict is related only to that particular area rather than the game as a whole. Your setup could work perfectly fine elsewhere in Ferelden. Before you go through the time consuming and boring task of finding the needle in the haystack, try this: Open the console, type in runscript zz_lot_debug, this will bring up the Lothering debug scripts. Go through until you find the part that deals with teleporting. You are looking to teleport anywhere in Lothering other than where you are so pick one. If it crashes, go with your original plan. If it doesn't, play on and hope that you don't have that problem when you get to Redcliffe (only other chantry you can go into.)

In fact, my first playthrough I happened to fight the entire congregation from an angle that didn't make the "door" to the other room visible, so I left without finding the "guest". Met a VERY hostile village, as you can imagine. Cleared that, searched again all through all the other areas of Haven, then finally went back the to Chantry! :pinch:
