I was able to raise 4 soldiers to the rank of lieutenant. I was able to raise two lieutenant to captain. But then no one captain I was not able to raise the major. Also, I can not raise no more lieutenant to captain.Appropriate studies have been completed.I am interested in whether someone that similar problems, or have I missed what that requirement to the candidate (eg number of missions or kills).My candidates yet people are not cyborgs or genetically modified.
