ED-E's weapon upgrade bug?

Can someone make mod that's fix the bug of ED-E's weapon upgrade after finish the Ed-e my love? Its weapon keep change from blue beam to laser to beam random. It's driving me crazy!

 

That may be some sort of mod conflict, I don't see it listed in any of ED-E's bugs on the wiki and I don't think the vanilla game even has blue laser nifs (although OWB has atomic lasers which would fit that description).

No, I am not meaning the blue laser from other mods. I am meaning the Upgrade weapon from after took ED-E to Followers. the upgrade weapon fire like a alien blaster. ED-E's upgrade weapon keep change between original red laser and upgraded weapon. I found the Bug in ED-E Wiki, I am not sure If you miss that bug note.

The upgraded weapon system from the Followers of the Apocalypse upgrade can be lost at random, particularly in casinos or in Caesar's Fort. It is actually two different weapons: Energy Zap (00166b94) and Electrical Zap (001694df), and can be restored with AddItem after targeting ED-E. They require energy cell ammunition (00078cc2), but don't actually consume it. [verified]

Nope I read it, and it makes sense to me, because there are two separate discreet weapons. But you described;

And "beam random" threw me. But in regard to ed-e's special weapons, yeah you can throw some error checking code in his script. If the other bugs are strictly weapon related, the fix would also help in regard to the increasing weight. For instance if the weight increase is because a copy of ed-e's weapon is added each time upon exiting the fort, that can be filtered out as well. Some companions already something similar in their scripts. But I can't check the geck while I'm at work.

Oh sorry about for confuse you and other people with "Beam random" too. I am not very good to explain clear and little bad at English either. Thank you for make mod of this fix when you have time after work or something.
