Would my Laptop be able to handle FONV? (Fully Modded)

Would my laptop be able to handle Fallout New Vegas with mods like -

NMC Texture Pack

FONV Redesigned

Project Nevada

Monster Mod

etc...

 

The Specs are -

An MSI Laptop

• NVIDIA GeForce GT 820M 2GB
• Intel Core i5 4200M (2.50GHz)
• 8GB Memory 750GB HDD

If so what should be my recommended settings?

Like what should be my AA, and if I can handle it with High settings.

I think you'd be alright. You processor is letting you down a bit, but that is a decent rig and it would easily run New Vegas, but don't have hundreds of mods running at once.

Thanks for the reply, but just out of curiosity would it be able to handle FONV with High Graphics Settings and medium textures for NMC's Texture Pack and Poco Bueno? While maintaing a decent FPS, and only a couple stutters?

It might run but try vanilla new vegas with no texture mods installed. If it can run high, awesome. If not, do not install any high res texture replacer. You can run Project Nevada as there are no graphical improvements from it. Though from the looks of it, you might be able to run high. I would recommend a desktop though. You can get more reliable and powerful parts on desktops. Gl man.
