mod idea

hello all,

i have sifted and sifted through the posts for help on my mod idea but alas i can not seem to find what i am looking for in the 374 posts on this sight.

so here it is:

i ant to remove perks from popping up hen you level. i dont want to remove them from the game. i am currently building some vault locations with the ususal baddies npc's and quests. what i want to do is take the perks and make them injectable. i figure i can use reskinned chems for what i need for text and meshes and also i want to use a protectron pod that the player can get in and use it as a terminal that will pop up certain perks such as cyborg and others i will be impliemtning. so what i need to know is how can i get the pod to work is it a scripting issue or what and how do i get the perks to stop from popping up when a player levels, if there are any tutorials on this i will be more than happy to read through them.

I can't be of much help here, but I must say I love this idea. Very BioShock inspired, no? Regardless, wouldn't it be easier to use the personal protection tube things (I don't remember what they're called, like the box in the slaver joint) because they're already animated for letting the player in? Could simply add a 0.7 sized wall terminal for the injection process after that.
