Cant start up oblivion !

When you use BOSS to sort your mods, after sorting it displays a text file with your mod list.

Try uninstalling all mods and reinstall oblivion if it's still not working.

If the game starts normally, then install one mod, and check if the game works.

Do the same with other mods in order to specify which one gives the problem.

That's a lot of mods.

Are you using the "MOBS" version of specific mods? In the information you provided, there is said that when using Francesco's or FCOM you shall use MOBS versions of some mods.

First, lets cover the obvious possiblities.

Do you have the latest official patch installed? v1.2.0146. And is it the one for Shivering Isles and not the Oblivion only patch with the same version number.

Do you have OBSE and are you starting the game with OBSE and not the Oblivion launcher?

Do you have all of the esm s required for your mods?

According to the text he has got both SI and normal unofficial patch installed. The only thing I can think of are those MOBS versions of few mods he's using.

I cannot provide further help since I'm no expert, and I have never used so much mods at once ( I usually get crashes with more than 5 mods running ).

 

My only way of preventing this kind of stuff is to create one big, merged pack of mods in one .esp

But I do not suggest you do so - mods you're using are "quite" complicated.
