Pip Os Error.....???? What and Why?

I have the Problem again....

 

Try to wear Persona and Secret Dress,my Avatar is INVISIBLE not seeable and in Inventory at the Dress Place stands: PIP OS ERROR blablabla,why the Mod Persona and Secret does not work correct,i installed all,Yes i have FOMM.

All other Things work also correct,why this not?

Most Dresses make only Pip Os Error,have tryed all,dont knwo what to do anymore.:((

Thanks if someone know how to get rid of that damed Error

And the next Into my Fallout 3 Game yes,there is the Folder DATA öhm,the Files for Meshes,Textures and so on are Files i cant add anything into,cause they wont let me add Mods.

When i start FOMM and open those Folders meshes,Textures and i try to paste something than there a FORBIDDEN SIGN shows up,so i cant install the Mods.

Would someone please help and pls dont Link me to a video Help ,cause i am from Austria and my English is not very good.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ,I WANT ALSO ENJOY THIS COOL STUF PLEAAAAASEE pls...pls....pls.....pls :wallbash:
