Uthgerd has no dialogue option to brawl

So I tried to talk to Uthgerd and the dialogue option to brawl is not there.

I looked on UESP and there are two times mentioned where you cannot get the dialogue option

1) if you brawled with nazeem. i have not.

2) if you started quest battle of whiterun. I have not.

I have the unofficial skyrim patch. and I added the brawling patch because benor was attacking me.

I tried fighting her without the brawl patch, but still the dialogue never showed up.

so. any suggestions?

edit: I tried a clean save after disabling EVERY mod. still no dialogue option.

If a mod changed some script, it may be impossible to get the dialogue to work.

I looked up the radiant quest Fight Fight! to see if you can console command it to start, but UESP does not explain how to make the radiant quest start with a specific NPC.

Maybe someone on nexus would know how to jumpstart the radiant quest.

Is it a big deal that you can't brawl with her? Pretty minor issue.

I did not think of starting radiant quest manually. And it is not a big deal, but I wanted her as a follower. So that is impossible.

So, using the above command by itself didn't work. This page below gives a little more info about the command and what to do if it doesn't work.

https://elderscrolls.fandom.com/wiki/Console_Commands_(Skyrim)

"setrelationshiprank <refID> <#> -- Used to set an NPCs disposition towards the Dragonborn. <#> = 1–4

Note: If this does not help when attempting to add Follower dialogue, use setrelationshiprank <refID> <#> then player.setrelationshiprank <refID> <#>."

And that combo worked for me.
