spolen
I am trying to build a town and I leveled a hill that was at the location, I completely removed the navmesh from the area afterward and when I run the game it looks like the following. When I walk through the hill thats not supposed to be there all my buildings are there, and my companions won't follow me there so I know the navmesh isn't present. http://i60.tinypic.com/16c4ba8.png Does anyone know what the problem could be? Ladez
That's an LOD (level of detail) mesh. When you are viewing land at a distance, what you are seing are low-poly LOD meshes. There's no need to load the actual terrain, which is of much higher detail and has collision to boot. The LOD meshes are always present, hiding beneath the actual terrain, so when you make changes to the terrain there's a good chance of having them show up. This thread might be of help to you: Need to change LOD mesh. Edited December 23, 2014 by Ladez
