When you get an animal pelt... mod questions

Ok I was thinking that when you get a pelt the animals should look skinned afterward. I did find this mod http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2820 but it doesn't seem to have much feedback. I saw in the discription that it changes the animals behavior. It sounds cool but doesn't go into any details. Is it good? and does it make the animals looked skinned?

 

Or is there a mod that i don't know about out there that does what i'm talking about?

I didn't even bother with that mod based upon that line in the readme. "and stuff" just doesn't do it for me when I'm trying to figure out whether I like a mod or not before I go through the trouble of downloading, installing, and testing it. Also, there are ways to hunt with a blade without damaging the useful part of a pelt, but you'd have to be very good, and I doubt that this mod takes PC skill in Blade into consideration.

 

As far as I know there are no mods that alter the texture of a creature in this way after it's been killed, and that's what you're looking for, here -- one that replaces the default fur texture with a texture that shows the body sans skin. For immersion purposes, I think something like this would be a good addition to the game.

Yeah, i'm glad you got what i was saying. :) too bad there are no mods like that out there.
