Kozar Posted September 20, 2010 Share Posted September 20, 2010 I see in so so many user uploaded images in (mostly in race mods) that people have changed the look/appearance of an NPC to some other race or hair or face, etc... Is there an app or mod for custom changing the looks of individual NPCs other than the GECK where I can change the look of NPCs as I choose?
