Ok so im gonna dowload Qrls III

I was wondering do i download this last? liek lets say i download Qaarls and load it and then download Stirk (The island west of cyrodill) will stirk still have the rich textures of qarls or will it overwrite them with its own?

That depends on if Stirk adds any replacement textures for the vanilla game. If it does then you need to install Qarl's after it. You can use Wrye Bash and BAIN to easily manage your mod installation.

 

You should get the Redimized (Reduced and Optimized) version of Qarl's Texture Pack 3 for optimal performance at minimal loss in image quality. Don't forget the patch and the fixed optimized meshes. I also recommend the better tiling textures.

I use OMOD atm, do i need Bain or Wyrebash?

Bain does the same thing in Wrye Bash as OMOD does in OBMM. So no you don't need them. They each package the mod to make it easier to install and uninstall. They both work well, just choose one and stick with it. There are other functions in both Wrye Bash and Oblivion that do other things. You can use both together as long as you don't try to use them both for the same functions.
