trying to broaden my knowledge

so im interested in learning how to mod with the tools set and make new weapons from scratch and face morphing and all the codes and stuff. are there like c++ book si should read or sites i should check out ? my understanding of everything is very beginner level. so basicallya good starting point so i can start to get how some of this stuff works and ill work from there

I suggest you have a look at the Toolset wiki

You don't really need to learn C++ at all if you're not planning to make your own custom script, as the above sites have several pre-made script you can copy and paste.
