is there any way for a spell that always succeeds to count towards skill level progression in morrowind?

if there is how would i set this up using the CS?

if there's already a mod for this kind of setting, could anyone point me towards the right direction?

Yes there is just check off the box Always Succeeds when you are making a spell

let's say for example i made a fireball spell that always succeeded. no matter how many times i cast this fireball spell it won't raise my destruction skill

what would i have to do in the CS to make this spell raise my destruction skill while keeping the always succeed box checked?
