Texture broken

Hallo community,

 

i created my first weapon with blender and exported it into skyrim.
But in game the texture looks like the blue channel is missing or something.

 

 

The green stuff should be green and the rest is jsut much too bright.
In addition the shading is completly missing.

 

It should look more like this:

 

 

 

I created the texture map the normal map and the specular map. To put the staff into the game i replaced the staff02 .nif and put my model into it.

Would be great if someone got a hint for me to fix that.
If you need more information ill do my best to offer them.
