LE [Request] change dirt ground cover to snow

Hi, my name is Marcus

I've been trying to make Skyrim looks beautiful without too much fps drop.

I disabled grass for more performance but the ground cover is full of dirt textures, it looks something like this(but with a different texture and no grass)

I would like if had one mod that simply change the dirt texture to snow or grass(I prefer snow).

The closest mod I've found googling was Unique Grasses and Groundcovers - Nature and Landscape Enhancement
