Vault 101 T45-D

Okay so, here is my request. I have been playing Fallout: A Tale of Two Wastelands, and basically, that puts fallout 3 onto the NV engine, and stuff like that. you can also use the same character for both games. Anyway, I also have the mod where Amata is a follower that has been edited to work on the NV engine, and I added in another armored vault suit so we would match, but I don't want to stay with this armor the whole time. I would like if someone could retexture the Outcast Power Armor to make it vault-tec blue and yellow. the black being the blue, and red being the yellow. If someone could do this for me i would be so thankful. I don't know how to do anything in the way of modding, so if possible could you make a set of it called something along the lines of "Vault 101 t51-b power armor" and everything? Like I said, I'm using TTW, so I need it to be made for new vegas, and well i just need like an ID or something for the new armor, so i can get it in the fallout 3 map and have 2 copies. Any one who could do this for me, i would be very thankful.
