Unexplained CTDs, need help

So I've recently picked Skyrim, and I got back into the mods, and now I'm having irregular CTDs, they happen at extremely unpredictable moments, from jumping to opening my inventory, randomly I'll CTD with no errors. The funny thing is, It's not regular, like it'll happen every couple of hours, but it persists still.

It's simply a slight annoyance, but it would be nice to get rid of the CTDs.

I thought you only needed one of the Sic patches for marksman loaded, I stopped using skyre and use perma now so we don't have that issues also apoc spell package I don't see the skyre compatability patches for that.

Question 2) can skyre patches and or lack of cause CTDs?

I seemed to have fixed it by disabling my second SiC store patch.
