CTD on load and save

Hi, i'll try to explain my problem but i don't speak english very well :

I have some CTD issue when i try to save or just after a load screen (when i enter in a building, or when i fast travel). It mostly happens outdoor (rarely indoors) and seems to happen more (or every times) in some areas.

But if i load a old save (like 10 levels before), i can fast travel where i want without any bug.

And it seems to start happening more frequently after i destroyed the raven base of enclave.

 

Actually my game crash when i play for 20 or 30min (it always did that), but now it can crash on load even if i've lunched the game 2min before.
