Armored Business Suit Mod (Bullet Proof Vest)

I remember seeing a mod which had body armor, with a suit over it (Basically a bullet proof vest with a jacket on top). Similar to the ones in Payday. Could someone who knows of anything like this post the link? Thanks in advance

I found one in TGs Armor Collection, I had it installed the whole time, I can't believe I never noticed. Edit: it's called "professional" in the mod pack not "the professional"
