Mercury11
Hi everyone! I just bought F1 2010 by Codemasters. Here's my problem. I can do the time trials, run practice and qualify sessions, but when it's time for the race, it stalls right before. I tried all different kinds of settings and nothing worked. I did however, found a work around by booting my PC using only 4 cores instead of 6. Has anyone else found a different solution? I really don't want to run it a 4 cores. Here are my PC specs if this helps: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T, Asus crosshair IV, 2x ATI 2gb 5870 Xfire, 16gb ddr3 2000. I'm just wondering if it is a problem with AMD or if the Intel processors are having the same problem. Thanks
CommanderCrazy
Run the game, go into Task manager, go into processes, find the .exe for the game in the list, right click, choose Set Affinity, make sure only 4 boxes are checked.Job done.
