Yossarian22
Mod something on your own and release it to proof the community that you able to accomblish something. Otherwise nobody will jump on your train and if he does, it's mostly somebody without modding skills himself and therefore only a log on our leg. Tubal
Most modding is actually very boring routine work, painful learning experiences or mind-numbing repetition. Not many people can stand doing it for long, and especially not for someone elses vision. :)Most (or all) of the successful large mods are created by one person, who later takes on additional help as his reputation increases and people become more willing to work with him. Look at eg FWE: Mezmorki toiled alone on that for probably the first year before getting any help (aside from bug-reports :)). My advice is that you identify what you want the most from your mod, try and make that yourself, release it, and then start recruiting again. Note that this is my personal opinions and experiences. If anyone DOES want to join up don't let a curmudgeon like me stop you. :D
