Fallout 3 Radio Music Not Playing

Give me some time to sort through some stuff here, now that you saw that some things are hidden and no longer hidden, we shall get to whats causing the bug, but you need to keep Fose turned off in order to locate the bug.

 

It is designed to Over come the scripting ability for Fo3 to begin with so ,you have no clue as to whats being done, Nor does the games engine. Not if it's hidden and Not if the xlive is disabled....which is a tool to me. A 666 thing to you

I use LOOT to organize it mostly, and I've kept most conflicts down to a minimum on the "rek your s#*!" scale.

Alright, not a problem. The game doesn't let me do anything because FOSE is gone, as some mods keep showing notifications that it's missing and it needs to be installed, so I cannot test it much.

 

And to be more specific about the 666 thing, it was a bar, similar to the Health Bar, above the Health Bar with the letters "NV" above it and 666 next to the "ticks" of whatever it stands for.

ok, so far it looks like you have whats called a dialog lock out, mainly because the data is all screwed up, the load order is incorrect, and it is a big mess.

Basically over ride patches for FWE are in the wrong paces as the game loads.

most of FWE is spread out through out your load order, that equates to a mess.

[X] FO3 Wanderers Edition - Optional VATS Realtime.esp Should be at the bottom ,any mods that are to over ride any "main stream FWE files Go under their perspective masters."

Directly under this one..([X] FO3 Wanderers Edition - Main File.esm) what do you see ? Do I spy an esp? and under that an esm.....So the load order or what ever your using is not working at all.

the above are whats called main masters. now look at that list, you tell ME whats wrong?

I a am nice girl, I am forgiving, but i seriously doubt the authors would be.

so you need to get a hold of the correct load order template to fix that mess, It is obviously not happening there as it is now.

 

So list the tools you currently "favor"

If you want, I can try one from you that has NO fose loading that does load for you?

 

but, as it stands, it's your choice here, the load order is a mess and the code thus stored in the saved game is according to that.

 

possible why it won't load here. Don't know what else to do for you. I did notice the saved game changed or attempted to change My screen resolution's here.

 

My own saves don't. Fose also adds in it's own screen rez too I noticed, sort of a double Whammy. Removing fose now, waiting for another try.

Ha, that's just the thing, the templates (what little I've found on some mod pages) are for the most part outdated... I did what I could based off of that, but for the bigger mods (FWE, MMM, EVE, etc.) many files have been switched, added, removed and it was a headache putting it all together(As modding fallout always is, ha).

I was mainly using LOOT to find conflicts and such(Yes, I got a bit... Maybe a LOT lazy and didn't use FO3Edit to find them). Then I accidentally hit "apply" once, it reorganized everything, and at that point I just left it at that.

Yea, I never knew what to make of those two, I just figured they had their purpose so I left them. I THINK they both came from the FWE Main install mod... Otherwise I see what you mean.

The FWE alternate file? I knew it was flagged as an .esm, but I didn't really take a close look at it... Now I DO feel dumb, I relied a bit too much on LOOT, if that wasn't obvious enough already.

Blackened is supposed to be a mod that makes those 4 compatible,

Save with very minor changes to load order. I have so many different patches for this and that I don't particularly know what needs to go where, or in what order.

Same results after loading.

ok,well I can give you the correct place and templates <---that's plural as in 2 of them you need, not just one gibbered up thing that is not compliment with windows..... so to keep the peace here and my head from getting chopped off...."All windows operating systems will treat 4 lettered extensions as Viral"

 

Get a clue....meant for those interested in what's really going on, regardless of what works or doesn't, does not Obliterate the windows systems functions.

it's been like this from the beginning.

 

I will l set up a screen shot so I know you get it right.... the programs Fomm and Loot from any source from this point on will work correctly and not rely on networking stats. understand? let me download and test your next Triumph here.
