House need to have healing stand for healing, limbs recovering and rads removing3. House need to have repair tool (maximum repair)4. (Optional) 2 Lockers > Armor and Weapon Liberty Loft have healer and anvil but the house is too big and it crashes everytime for me, so whaddya' have? robberfox Posted December 28, 2014 Share Posted December 28, 2014 (edited) Freeside Studio Apartment is a nice little house mod, doesn't have the healing stuff unfortunately but has just about everything else, I use it myself.Unfortunately it seems like a lot of the house mods with all that stuff included are freaking HUGE, and the only ones I could find that more or less fit your criteria are Ivanpah Residence and Water Tower Hideout, there are several Vault home mods that have most of what you want but they aren't exactly small. EDIT: Looking a little deeper into it, I found a few more you might like. Prospector's Shack, Novac Courier Bungalo, Boat House, Secure Shelter, Camp Guardian Hideout, Boulder City Apartments, and My Shack.Hopefully one of them will have what you're looking for.
